Everything you need to know about selling on Ebay, including what to do when a buyer doesn't receive their item, or claims it has arrived damaged, faulty or not as described, is in the Seller Centre (link at foot of any page). You should also read the Money Back Guarantee, so that you understand what a buyer needs to do to get their money back. The MBG is on every listing, and in various other places across the site. Do not refund outside of the Ebay case or returns system, or you won't get the selling fee credited back to your Ebay account.
