How do I bar a member from bidding on my auctions

How do I bar an ebay member from bidding on my auctions or buying from me.  This member has bid on 9 different items without paying. she also consistently takes cases out for non receipt of items and asks for refunds. These are numerous on her feed back profile so I'm not the only one.

you need to stop leaving her positive feedback for not paying!

the option for sellers to leave negative feedback was removed over 12 years ago!!

ebay removed the option for sellers and introduced non payment strikes instead,

these work really well if sellers do it properly,

when you have a non payer you need to complete a non payment case to get your final value fees refunded and give them a non payment strike

http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/unpaid-items.html

then add the non payers ID to your blocked list

then set you bidder requirements to block bidders with two or more non payment strikes in the last 12 months

for non-payers you follow the unpaid dispute procedure.

"I'm not the only one."

No indeed you are not and unfortunately buyers thrives because you and other sellers break eBay rules instead of following them.

you have left numerous false positives for buyers and that's serious feedback abuse that can damage your account.

Why block her, you obviously like paying Selling Fees for not being paid.

If you had gone the Unpaid Route you would have your fees refunded and no feedback could be left, so you and the many like you who prefer breaking the rules by leaving Positive Feedback with negative comments actively encourage Non Payers.

Just helps increase their Positive Feedback score
