Hi, ebay have charged me a sellers fee on an item but the buyer hasn't paid.how do I advise ebay that I have relisted it? I don't want to pay the fees twice.

You are obviously not aware that a selling fee is charged the moment an item sells, NOT WHEN PAID.

You must recover selling fees BEFORE relisting as that is inviting problems, as buyer could still pay, leaving you with TWO sales, TWO selling fees and only one item.

When you complete an Unpaid Case, it takes at a minimum 6 days, two days before you can open and another 4 days before you can close, the buyer gets an unpaid strike, they can no longer pay and no feedback can be left.

If buyer wanted to be really awkward, they could wait until you sell again and then pay. What do you do then?
