Hey, new at selling. Got the wrong tracking on the order, what now? Ta

Managed to start with a daft mistake!

To get paid earlier than the 30days.

Swapped the tracking numbers, there a way of taking it back and do it again?

Cause now when I try to add the number on the right order it says it already exists.

The HOLD is 21 days not 30.

 

I have never needed to do it, but I am sure that tracking numbers can be amended, but I think you would have to delete both numbers first then re-enter the numbers against the correct items.

 

This would hopefullyresolve the "already exists" which you are getting.
