I have just had a false return claim on a item that I sold. Ebay have agreed that it was a false claim but have made me pay for all the postage costs. They said at the time I would not have to pay for these cost, but have now told me I have to pay even though it's not my fault. I am not at all happy with Ebay. The buyers get all the rights and the sellers have non at all. Like we can't even leave negative feedback for bad buyers. Non of this seems fair to me. Has anyone else had this problem
sellers cannot defend a not as described case and have to pay the return costs.
However, as you are a business seller trading as a private seller your buyers have virtually;lly unlimited rights.
