Has anyone had their work watermarked by another seller ?

I recently discovered someone has used my image and watermarked it with their logo. ( it had already been watermarked by me ) I have contacted them to remove the watermark as its illegal to do this with someone elses work. So far they have ignored me. I have spoken with Vero and theyre no help they dont want to deal with it. Has anyone had the same issue and if so what did you do about it ?

 If you took the photos yourself, it's copyright theft. That has nothing at all to do with the VeRO scheme. Use the 'Report' button on every one of the seller's offending listings to let Ebay know.

Thanks for the reply I have also spoken with ebay I should have mentioned
that but they wont help either I have reported the seller but nothing
