Hi, I'm selling a watch for £3,695. It states selling fees capped at £250 but online calculator says £350.
im confused!

Don't use online calculators. All Ebay's fees are listed in the Seller Centre and in the Help pages, and are the only ones which are correct.
And do reconsider selling such a valuable item on Ebay. It's a scammer magnet. Criminal gangs trawl Ebay and the 'net, looking for such items, especially those sold by inexperienced sellers. If I were you, I'd sell it through a reputable auction house.
