Does anyone know what has happened to the postage section within the selling platform.

The postal section is showing very bizarre rates - Over £25 for a Royal Mail first class letter that should be £0.76p.

Is anyone else having the same problem and any ideas what can be done about it?

someone who doesn't know what they are doing has re-coded that section and put the compensation amount as the postage cost

you can change it back by clicking change and entering the correct amount in the box

I have the same problem, no option for 65p second class just £28.55!

The maximum compensation for standard post is £20, so that can't be the answer for this mess up. Whatever the issue is, just try again later, when someone at Ebay towers will have realised the error and corrected it.

I misread the page, they had run the compensation and estimated cost titles into one, it's still a miss coding problem and easily bypassed by changing it manually

Just gone back in and they have updated the postage to the January 1st 2021 prices, so I guess everything earlier was in the process of being updated.
