has anyone else had dealings with DXCouriers 10 days Iv been waiting for a delivery that was booked as a next day delivery and iv still not received it every day i phone and every day they say the same thing i would not recommend these couriers to anyone

why is it when someone has one bad experience or issue with someone, they have to shout from the rooftops to avoid like the plague, hang um from the nearest tree or build a prison on the moon! i reckon if we avoided all these couriers that the odd one or two shout avoid, we`d never get anything delivered 🙂

Every single courier going today, even royal mail, has their issues every now and again, it happens, especially when dealing with millions, even billions of items a year.

As pointed out, if you haven`t received an order yet and is way overdue, open a not received dispute and get your money back, i appreciate that`s not the point and you`d rather have the item, but you can only deal with an issue the way it`s presented to you.
