Contacting buyers who made offer

Hi can anyone help I didn’t accept an offer from a buyer, but now wish to contact them to say they can have it. Does anyone know if I can get in contact with them and how. Such a shame and a flaw in Ebay if you cannot contact them though Ebay.

Just click on the buyer's Ebay ID, and use the 'Contact' link. 

Note that the transaction must be carried out on Ebay. Ebay have found you a buyer, so they expect to be paid for that service.  If you try to arrange an off-Ebay sale, it will be picked up by the bots, and both you and the buyer will be suspended.

Hi there
No no I’m not trying to do a private sale I’m trying to contact and make sake though Ebay. It’s just I can’t contact them, because it’s just an offer, once I have rejected or counter offered it now doesn’t give me 5he option to get back in contact.
