A buyer contacted me before bidding to ask if I would post to France which I agreed to. When I went to send the Invoice it was a UK address. It seems that at the moment she is stuck at her holiday home in France due to the virus. I told her that I would only post to her Paypal address. She has confirmed that she has changed her Paypal address to her French one but the Invoice still shows the UK address. How can I verify she has changed the address and see it?

the address that counts is the address PayPal gave you on their notification of payment - it cannot be changed afterwards.
