Closed a case by mistake

I have closed a case for an unpaid item by mistake how do I reopen it as I have not been paid.

When you sell on ebay, an invoice is sent as soon item sells. If not paid or marked as paid, ebay sends a reminder on day 3.

Most sellers do not open an Unpaid case as soon as the 2 days are up and as already said it is an expensive mistake as the selling fee of £25 will still be payable

Expensive mistake...you have also let the buyer off the hook

did you contact the seller before opening a case? It has only been 3 days since the sale....

Another mistake....you are not allowed to state the item is advertised elsewhere...it is reportable
