Cannot see sellers other items on my listings

Hi all,

Im fairly novice to listing on Ebay and require some help.

Ive created a number of listings for the same item though different designs (handmade facemasks) and I have done these as individual listings and noted to customers to see our 'sellers other items' to see the other designs that are up. But when I click on sellers other items nothing shows.

Can anyone help

Thanks you

Sorry I posted that on the wrong answer
Thank you so much for your reply and taking the time to help me...Ithink I’ll most likely have to mark it down to a bad & expensive experience as it appears as you say that eBay tends to side with the buyer which is very unfair....I don’t think I will sell again on eBay as to me as the seller you are they ones that pay the fees to eBay so they should really help the seller more than they do....I will contact eBay tomorrow morning first thing as It would be extremely helpful if I could speak to someone who understood me and I understood them thank you for that advice that’s a great help 😊 also thank you for advising the blocking as I wouldn’t want to sell to this person again should I ever sell on here again ...I’ve found the majority of buyers and sellers to be trustworthy & honest and this experience ruins it for everyone....I’m going back to selling any horse tack on Facebook selling sites I think as at least there are no fees....thank you once again I really appreciate your help a lot..Ali 😊

You have nothing currently listed. In any case, you cannot sell face-masks on Ebay. They can only be listed by registered business sellers, and only by those business sellers that were selling them before the pandemic came into being. Profiteering from pandemics and other human disasters is illegal in this country.

Private accounts are only for those selling off their old no-longer-wanted possessions from wardrobe and attic.  So if you're planning to list other items you've made, grown, refurbished, or bought in (new or used), and which Ebay will allow you to sell, you must upgrade your account from private to business. Not only an Ebay requirement, but the law. And note that there is no such thing as a 'hobby seller' in this country, and how much or how little you sell or make is totally irrelevant.
