Buyer has paid but not collected

Hi I have sold an item on eBay and buyer has paid via PayPal but not yet arranged collection. They got in contact after the sale asking if they could collect in a week which was no problem. It's now week 2, I messaged them after the week asking when they can take the item and no reply. I messaged again asking if they got my message, again, no reply. It's a large item and listing specified collection in person only. What should I do thanks

I would message them one more time to give them ** days in which to arrange and collect the item.

If they do not you willl deem the item is no longer required,  and you will issue a cancellation request which will refund their payment,  and refund your seller fee.

Then,  if no reply,  go right of the item sold,  and from More Actions select Cancel this order,  and select ....  Buyer requests to cancel.

Should they ever dispute this,  you would need to contact eBay CS from the Help & Contact tab above ,  direct them to the messages you have sent ,  and all ignored to arrange that collection,  so purchase then deemed  not required.
