Buyer collected the item in person and now is asking to pay the return by post, i need help pls

Buyer bought me a bouncy castle, came to collect it because was heavy and expensive to postage so after two week she opened a case saying a false claim that the item was broken because she couldn't inflate when I have inflated before and took a picture for the listing on eBay, so I told the buyer bring the item as you collected and I will refund the money, so she said; I am not going to Gayle it back if not you have to send me the postage label 

si now eBay is forcing me to send a label when I never posted if not was a collection 

i need some help pls

If a Collection Item you can ask for Cash on Collection Preferred. Then Buyers cannot open any Returns Cases. 

Your only other option is to just Refund her through the Case for the amount she Paid and let her keep the Bouncy Castle. You DO Need to Accept the Return within 3 Business Days otherwise you will lose out on an Ebay Fee Credit.

If you want the BC back you will have to sort out the correct Postage, with Tracking, you may need to book a Courier? Make sure you add the Tracking Number into the Case. 

If you don't comply EBay will just Refund from your Account and you will lose your EBay Final Value Fee Credit.
