All my new listings are showing as Relisted. How can I stop that please

For three days now all the new items I have listed on Ebay have shown as RELISTED and I have had confirmation e mails saying

Your item has been Relisted for free. I have contaced Ebay customer service twice but cannot understand what they are saying. I haveaccepted a £1.00 fees day but still it is showing as RELISTED   I long to speak to someone in English. Has anyone else had this and how can I stop it because the agent does not seem willing to tell me.

I don't understand your problem,

are you items showing as live listings?

are they showing in the list of items listed during the offer?

AS I list an item that has not been listed before, when I click on List your item, it comes up as RELISTED. Ebay then send me an email as normal but it says your item has been RELISTED for free
I have accepted a £1.00 selling fees day and listed 7 items that have not been listed ever before and all have shown as RELISTED for free

so a glitch in the email sent, not really a problem surely, do the 7 items show in the list of items listed during the offer?

Yes they do, but as Relisted items they are not subject to the £ 1.00 listing fees. This is the problem. I assume, when the bill comes at the end of the month they will have had the 10% fee taken off even though they were listed in the offer
Not really a glich. I have tried listing items three separate times and the same happens each time

Have you checked whether items are listed under the £1.00 offer?
If not, then you can end listing, use sell similar, Assuming offer is still valid today.

if they are showing on the list of items listed during the offer they will have the £1 offer applied to them

only auto relisted items aren't included,


your items weren't auto relisted, they show on your £1 offer list, so you are worrying unnecessarily
