A buyer has with ebays permission, returned a pair of calvin jeans saying that they were too big.

A buyer has with ebays permission, returned a pair of calvin jeans saying that they were too big.

I advertised them as per the label size waist 36. Surely this cant be right that someone can return something and cost the seller money when they just dont like the jeans. I put plenty of photos on.

 

Any help would be appreciated

If it is a Miss Description Case you would have been liable to issue a Returns Label charged to your Seller Account.

 

If Ebay are now involved you will have to Fully Refund when you get the Jeans back. Your Ebay Final Value Fees will be Credited back to your Seller Account. If you don't you won't Receive a Few Credit and would be issued with a Damaging Defect on your Account.
