A buyer has bought item but can't pay, he says it's something to do with postage, he is an overseas buyer whose English is not very good. I'm wondering if I forgot to click the global post accepted box. What can I do now as he can't seem to pay. Many thanks.
If you’re happy to, you could just cancel the order.
Find out what it will cost to ship the item to his country. Then send him an invoice from the transaction details which includes that cost. He'll then be able to pay.
What Country is he in? Not all Countries are covered by GSP.
The Jigsaw says Posts to UK,it is simple enough to deal direct,just go to MORE ACTIONS > Send Payment Details and enter correct postage and send.
You will probably be doing the buyer a favour as GSP is expensive and slow. Posting direct means that there is not at least a 3 day delay in getting to the GSP hub and actually leaving the UK.
