I am requesting an urgent review of several listings that were removed in error for supposedly violating your policy regarding “refill containers larger than 10ml.” The removed listings are NOT nicotine refills, and they are NOT 10ml refills. They are 100ml shortfill e-liquids, which are legally sold in the UK and EU and are fully compliant with TPD regulations (zero-nicotine, non-refill, non-nicotine-containing liquids). These products are used to fill vape devices, not “refill nicotine containers,” and therefore are not restricted by the 10ml limit. The 10ml rule applies only to nicotine-containing refill e-liquids, which my listings do not contain.
