Is the Research products section, which used to be Terapeak, broken? Up until around 10 days ago, it seemed to be giving a decent, if a bit flaky at times, response. Now when I go to search certain items, it says no sales have occured on that item, or items are missing from the search results that I know have sold.
I have contacted eBay CS on this, and they told me that it was working fine, but they'd submit a ticket and it should be resolved in 7 days. That was 10 days ago.
Anyone know anything about Reseach Products working?
