So, this is the first time for new eBay rules. I sold an item and delivered 2 days ago. Payment says it's cleared this morning when I checked at 07:29, but not in my balance. I chatted this morning and was told it will definately be in my available funds today. It's now 23:32 and still not there. The transaction, if I go into it, says funds are cleared yet not there! Anyone else?
