I am writing regarding the outstanding fees mentioned in your email.
I would like to clarify that I only listed the vehicle once. I am not sure how the listing remained active or was re-listed after it expired, as I did not manually re-list it. This appears to be an error on the system side.
Additionally, when I originally listed the car, I was informed that I would not be charged unless the car was sold. The vehicle has not been sold, so I am unsure why these fees have been applied.
I would appreciate it if you could please review this matter and clarify how these charges were generated.
