Purchases used to go back 2 years they now go back 7 years.
Sold items remain for a maximum of 90 days if you are on the Seller Hub, and for 60 if on My eBay Selling, then they are rmoved.
If you wish to go back further you can ask eBay for historica data. This is how to proceed:
Hover over, top left where it greets you with Hello**** and your first name.
From below click on Account Settings.
On the page which appears under Personal Information and Privacy select Request Your eBay Data.
If this is not available on the app or mobile browser, you'll need to switch to a PC / laptop to manage this. Use Chrome, it works best with eBay.

I'm not sure where this is on the App , but on the Seller Hub, and using a PC / laptop, it's still there under Orders >> See All Orders.
You can go back 90 days maximum on the Seler Hub. I think you are thinking of Purchases, those used to go back 2 years, now recently changed, and you can view purchases going back 7 years.
Are you trying to find historical data using the app? Try my guidelines using a PC / laptop and try Chrome that works best with eBay. I've successfully reached mine this way, though it took eBay a few days to compile and send the details to me.
If you still cannot get your historical data contact eBay Customer Services for them to send these to you, explaining how many years you wish to view.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services from the link below, for a Call Back option. I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
