Can't add images to listings - adding Jpegs but being told they aren't jpegs!

Creating new listings and cannot add any images, I have tried clearing cache changing browsers but still get this message - any ideas?

Thank you for your post.

I've checked with tech and we haven't received further reports for this at the moment. Can you double check the file type is a jpeg image file. Sometimes they can have extension type parts and not be actual image files.

Also try clearing cache and cookies again and creating the listing from scratch, not going back to the draft. If there was an issue at the time the draft was created it tends to continue the error.
