Personally I would like to see the free listings for a private seller cut drastically.
In your case with an 88% feedback rating it would suggest that your current amount is too much for you to handle along with being knocked down on all your ratings.

Communication-Another easy fix,Don't communicate,as daft as it sounds eBay give a full rating for no communication.
Delivery time-Not a lot you can do about this except to send as quick as you can
If your ratings dont improve it's likely eBay will restrict your listings
