Hi all, I'm a newbie, 41 sales 80 listing avg 3 a day. So now my description ratings is down to 4.9, and I've no sales for two days, coincidence? I'm so careful with describing. I have 100% seller positive feedback (11) and 5/5 for other ratings. How long does it take to get back to 5/5, can I find the item I received lower rating on? No feedback talks about poor descriptions. I had one return my second sale as I'd used AI and it had the connector wrong it put the wrong type of USB and I missed it but that was about three weeks ago, I wonder if they've just done feedback..
