Try putting marco@ebay in your message and post again
he is part of the community team that helps
in the weekly chats with eBay community staff I’ve read them say post offices can be reported for not accepting eBay parcels
since I’ve used that @ link I think this message will get to him anyway
if it wasn’t a post office but say a evri parcel shop same should apply I think
someone please post if the @ address isn’t right
not sure if it should be that or @marco

If it was a drop off point for Yodel etc it may not be anything to do with ebay.
We have had problems with large packages, particularly chose Yodel because of the stated size limits in the website. Discovered that none of our dropoff points within 5 miles will accept those sizes though. Yodel conveniently didn't mention that on the website. Had to buy again through Parcelforce, and take to post office.

I think it was a simple delivery order
going by sellers sold items
so not yodel

Yes, seeing as I believe it was an SD delivery it’s only Royal Mail or evri
evri I believe going by the postage cost

Did you actually get it accepted somewhere eventually? Not sure when you said someone had to take it for you a mile away whether it was a second try and successful

It was accepted at second shop, But the point is ebay showed first shop!

Well I hope marco comes here to comment
I’d disable evri myself too in postage preferences
some of those drop off points have funny staff and policies
you won’t get it with Royal Mail at the post office
