Ebay have sent a message telling me that i need to improve my TDR.. it is currently 1.8% and I have been classed a below average seller for the past three months..  the last issue was 15/10/23.. how do i improve my TDR and get back to above standard.. do i just need to sell for an amount of time without any more issues?

Yes, complete more sales without getting any defects and your overall/more recent TDR will come down.

Your dashboard will tell you when you are next due to be evaluated and what period they will be looking at for the defects.  You may need to sell until October 24 without defects before your account fully recovers. 

It's a percentage game and one that is quite hard to 'play'.
