So after a couple of weeks of having to sort out issues with this so called simple delivery, today was the final straw for me, I cannot use royal mail due to the length of the items I sell, I must use Evri. My selling settings are for Evri postage only but I still get sent royal Mail postage labels when I sell & the web chats I’ve been on are mind blowing- they have no clue…even though I have been reassured it was sorted numerous times. which ever idiot signed off on this new simple process needs to take a long look at peoples comments. Goodbye eBay & good luck because you are going to need it.

There’s only one word I can think of for eBay to be sending you RM labels for things that Royal Mail can’t send when you’ve explicitly chosen the carrier than CAN, and thats

DUMB

but to be fair

maybe evri don’t deliver to that area where it’s being sent 🤷🏼‍♀️

but still

there seems to be no fully working and transparent system to send large parcels

In meantime

do the workaround suggested above by peaceblossom and do your own postage

I did too, misreading ' item for time ' ! Had a quick look at the date of posting saw it was yesterday, and was Very Excited, thinking I'd missed some announcement and @**peaseblossom** was on the ball !

Then, I recognised the link!
