First time using eBay and selling a fridge which buyer has bought on ‘simple delivery’ i got a QR code and everything however cant post a fridge? If i hand deliver the fridge can i manually update on ebay or is that not going to work?
You won't have proof that the buyer has the item so in theory they could claim money back later. It's best to cancel/refund the transaction via the dropdown arrow for the item on your orders list, and relist as collection only for the buyer to buy and pay again.
