I can see that a bank account has not been added yet to your eBay account, in order to receive your funds, you need to add a bank account. If you are unable to do this from the app, that'd be because certain features are limited in the app. If you don't have a computer or something like that, that's ok, you can still log into your eBay account from the browser of your mobile device and add a bank account from there, once you get that sorted your details will be reviewed to make sure the correct details were entered, and then you should receive your payout no problem.
