Morning Everyone

I am not sure what is the problem or only I have this problem So today morning I just putting new listings to my account but When check the quantities the computer why shows less than the Phone App??? For me 10 items like hiding in the PC, Than the Phone. How?? Is anybody has same problem?

Yes,  others have reported this odd ' phenomena'  You are not alone.

All I can suggest is that the app / mobile browser does not always show a full picture or even offers all the options you need,  on your selling account.

Laptops / PC will give you a truer picture.

Frustrating I do understand, for those who only use the app.

I just checked today again and now they shows the same quantities 🙂

A company the size of eBay should be ashamed to have such a shoddy app.

If it's not returning wrong information, it's failing to provide even all the most basic options buyers and sellers need.

Not good enough.

It's almost certain their database is spread across multiple servers.  At busy times there's likely to be a delay in getting synchronisation.
