I have also not received my 80% off sellers fees offer. Anybody know what is going on?.

I've not had any 80% off seller fees since feb 23 and when I ask eBay about it they say it's random but everyone I know with an eBay account (private seller ) gets an offer every 2 weeks without fail .and when I repeatedly ask eBay the say the same thing every time .they confirmed there is no reason on my account not to get them but won't admit there is something amiss

When we do it will have been well chewed, a mere fragment maybe? As an SOS maybe?

But, even that will be better than no bone at all.  Might the fragment be eBay's salvation?

Most of ebay's offers to businesses seem to involve promotions or vouchers which involves paying ebay something.
