I agree it is not straight forward to rectify a mistake with the SD after someone has purchased the item.
Re: Buyers wanting more than one item, - I've added (on relative's Private Account) a note in the description section 'Buyers - Use the same transaction if you're buying more than one item', & I have tried it out & the postage combines automatically.
Re: Choice of Couriers - We're lucky to live near to the Post Office which also deals will Evri deliveries.
As my Relative has just changed over to SD, will have to see if she likes it or not.
Never thought I'd say, but 'Thank Goodness I have a Business Account'.
