Ebay just confirmed that if the item is not received by the buyer or is not collected it is the seller who will be responsible to refund the cost of the item.
How many times evri delivers the goods to the wrong house, leaves it outside when it is rainy or in the location where someone can steal or damage it. I found one parcel inside my garbage bin!
I have to lower my risks as a seller to pay any compensation for the goods not received or damaged.
