It depends what it is. Some items take 12 - 24 hours to show up if they have been flagged by AI.

For example:  WW1 or 2 memorabilia or anything which may be considered a restricted item.

eBay recommend the first 4 words in a title to be the most important.

  You have rare and small in  those positions,  those descriptive words are best put in the description box and perhaps have Bristol hunting saltglazed jug (stonewear),   or similar,  as the first 4 words?

Might make it easier to find,  by buyers.
