is there a fault with ebay im trying to revise an item that as bids but the page is blank

Hi, if you have bids then you cannot revise the listing.

But can you not add to description I always have before

In your first post you say ' cannot revise'  and with bids,  this is not possible to do, never has been.

In your above post you are saying you wish to add to the description, two different things. 

To be honest, I only learned recently that with bids you Can add to a description, but you cannot revise it,  but there has to be more than 12 hours to run !

If there are 12hours plus to run ,perhaps it's the device you are using?  Many options are not available on the limited app,  so if using this,  switch if you can to a laptop / PC and try Chrome that works well with eBay.

Try going through the 'revise a listing' guidance page.

Use a computer not the app.

Yes, there is an issue with trying to revise some listings, not sure if Ebay are aware of it

Thank you I spoke to eBay yesterday and they have no idea, if there’s a problem  supposed to be getting back to me today, I will contact them again later
