frustration of listing one item and the time it takes to do so

I used to enjoy very much listing mine and families unwanted items, it was quick and easy just takes pictures choose your catagory add some details and there you were done in no time! But now i need half a day( sarcastic joke)  to complete one listing. Having to add / answer loads of  questions/detail. Not just where made, no they want how/when/where etc Trying to upload pictures wastes a lot of time as half of them do not upload and you have to delete  and start again. On top of that you now have to use your money to pay for postage to send sold item and hope and pray that it gets delivered so you get paid, adding insult to injury you have to wait 2 days past confirmation to be paid. Even more worse is buyers having to pay a fee for the privalidge of buying! i do not get charged this way when i go to a supermarket!

It seems to me they do not want you selling or buying stuff or is it that they are bored in the 'office' so keep coming up with stupid ideas.

I do not list as much as i used to because of this, cant wait for warmer weather when boot fairs are back, i sell a lot in one go and the cost is fuel to get there and £8 for the space,  Bonus is no wrapping up and posting which is another saving . Think Ebay need to change or they will be another business gone.

True,  there are many item specifics to fill in,  but you do not have to fill them all in,  and most are irrelevant, just the top one or two are mandatory, the ones stating ' Required'.

The more you fill in though,  the more ' clues' it gives for buyers seeking out your items.

Under the new Buyer Protection  Fees rules,  any money that may be pending,  held for 14 days,  can be used to buy postage.

There are many long discussions on the BPF on the forum see what others think and join in ,  there are some vigorous exchanges!
