estimated delivery dates changed

Has anyone else had problems with the estimated delivery dates on orders over the holidays.  I've had some orders that showed dispatch by 2nd January - expected delivery date 30th December to 3rd Jan'  I have also noticed that deliveries expected by 5th Jan have now been changed to 4th after being dispatched.  I keep a spreadsheet of all sales and expected delivery dates etc. so I can see straight away these have been changed by eBay.  I now have customers complaining their orders are late when it's not even past the due date originally shown.

I've had the same dispatch by the second of January some of mines went the 3rd. Yet I also had some orders which said send by the 17th of January. 
No idea why eBay decide to change the sending off dates !!!!

I have found eBay's calculation of EDD to be problematic in the past so I no longer really look at them. I wouldn't be surprised if some have been calculated incorrectly over the holiday period.

so yesterday's sale = post by 5th expected deliery 5th to SUNDAY 7th???
