I've used a certain email address for executive escalations over the years (not often) when I've had issues on ebay, such as when GSP sent items to the wrong address (four times!) and the person the phone couldn't quite understand or have clout to move the issue forward.
However, I've tried to use it recently and they have shut it down, what a shame as the customer service was excellent and they resolved many issues, once one of my errors as well.
