I'm fed-up of returns of item I have for sale due to false "defective" claim. 99% of those are strictly because buyers don't read descriptions. I wish that eBay could change that policy, otherwise it very wrong place to be... I'm loosing money because I'm the person who pays postage and return... IT IS NOT FAIR eBay.....

I think you need to take more care with your listings.
You are using stock photos in many cases, not recommended for a private seller, and one of your watch strap listings says it's for 3 watches in the title.
If the buyer isn't reading the description you need to make it clear elsewhere, such as title and photos, what it is that they are buying.

Yes, there are 3 straps in box
Of course I have no problem with this item but thank you for comment regard stock photos. When I have stock photos I'm always trying to add exact item pictures as well. The problem is when buyer stating that something is not working but it is fine in fact. I know it is hard to prove but maybe there should be a way to prove it? (some video records, showing exact item, with tag, serial number, etc. if possible). That is just my thoughts

You also have another listing entitled "Samsung Galaxy Watch MASSIVE JOB LOT (ALL NEW)"
Assuming this to be "too good to be true", I had a look, and find that the listing is only for three watch STRAPS, no watches at all.
Of course you're going to suffer returns with inaccurate and misleading titles like this.
There's also a big question mark over whether you should be running a private account, with all your "huge job lots", but I'll leave that to others.

I have stand with mobile accessories a while ago and that is what left from this.

Surprisingly I was expecting to get support from people here but what I'm getting is worse then I was before. It is not for user who is looking for help, definitely not here...

You have been given constructive advice on how to reduce your returns, another bit of advice is to accept returns, which means the buyer pays the return costs and which might reduce the fake 'item not working' claims.
I also think that this 'I have stand with mobile accessories a while ago and that is what left from this.' means you need an ebay business account. Having one of those might promote confidence amongst your buyers that you are acting professionally.
If all we did was go 'there there, yes ebay are horrible to sellers' how would that help you?

People are trying to help you.
Those watch strap listings are very misleading. At a glance I see a picture of three watches, the title states "Samsung Galaxy Watch" and it is only when you read the (very short) description you realise you are buying three watch straps rather than three watches. Those listings are INAD cases just waiting to happen; eBay themselves realise the main picture and listing title form material elements of the item's description. I'm guessing it is the watch strap listings you are mostly having issues with?
You could easily add the word "Strap" to the title so it reads "Samsung Galaxy Watch Strap" and still be well within the character limit. You could also add a picture that shows just the straps (not complete watches) and make that the main image. A lot of people will never see the description - especially if they're using the app - because it is hidden below at least two rows of sponsored listings. Look at one of your watch strap listings and imagine you had never read the description - what would you think you were buying? Personally, I see a picture showing watches and a big title right next to it stating "Samsung Galaxy Watch".
