eBay Simple Delivery - No option for parcel larger than medium

I am trying to create new lisitings for highback group 2/3 infant/kids car seats but there is no longer an option for a package size greater than medium.

The car seats come in boxes that are larger than the medium dimensions and need to be sent via Parcelforce.

For some reason eBay is only allowing package size up to medium via Royal Mail and will not let me select custom postage.

Please help, this is driving me crazy

Child car seats are one of the items that Ebay regulates the selling of.

Although the sale of new child car seats is not restricted to business sellers, you do have to be properly registered and 'comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and eBay policies'.

You are selling multiple new items (customer returns) and do need a business account with a lawful returns policy.  Once you are properly registered you will not have to use Simple Delivery and will be able to choose your own carrier.
