combining items which are 'buy it now or best offer'

Hi, I am a new private seller on eBay. I have a number of items listed as 'buy it now or best offer'. I have been contacted directly by a buyer who is offering me a sum for 3 of my items if I can combine them. I am stuck! I have replied by accepting the overall figure but asking them to make separate offers for each of the items. I'm not sure this was the right thing to do. Is there a way of being able to combine the purchase when the buyer will be asked to pay when each offer is accepted?

Only straightforward way would be to end the listings and relist all three items as a joblot.

Combining isn't working with Simple Delivery at the moment. You could end the listings early via the dropdown menu arrow next to them, and relist with the items all on one listing with one postage for the buyer to buy.
