'buyer wants to change address on invoice but i have not received his new address he has sent me'
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Please don't send anything to any other address but the one that ebay have sent you. ( or you will not be covered in the event of non-delivery etc)
If the buyer has simply moved and forgotten to update his address, or wants the item delivered whilst he's staying somewhere else;
Ask him to update his details on his ebay account. (i.e. put in the address where he wants the item to go)
Cancel the sale (citing 'problem with buyers address')
Then get the buyer to buy the item again with his correct details on the order.
Yes, it's a faff about I know 🙄 but you'll be covered in case of disaster!

This is a scam that unfortunately I fell for once a long time ago when I was new to selling online. They will later claim the item never arrived. You will not be able to prove it did as it was sent to the 'wrong' address.
Buyer keeps the item, and gets a refund. I learned the hard way, so don't fall for it.

Click & Collect might be another option to suggest on relisting. If it's a genuine buyer C&C is a fair compromise if they want it to arrive elsewhere in the country i.e. if they don't want to alter their home ebay address.

Ah , forgot to ask you : Is the item a 'scam magnet'? (i.e. a phone, camera, lap top, tech of some sort)
If it is, definitely cancel the sale, and then block the buyer. (as they're already showed their hand)
If it's not a scammy item (or a desperately expensive item), polite contact with the buyer, and the cancel/re-buy method, should be enough to sort things out 🙂
