buyer messing me around after winning an item

hi

i have recently sold a gold ring and listed the postage as special delivery because of the value, almost immediately the buyer contacted me and asked for a discount on the postage which she says is too high, i am charging £8.90 for postage and packing.

after 3 days of the listing ending she still has not paid so i sent an invoice asking her to pay otherwise i will inform ebay, she then replied she will pay, that was yesterday, i again contacted her to ask when the payment will be made and now she is asking questions such as is it marked dia (which it says it is in the listing) and do i have a receipt for it which i dont as it was a gift  . i have replied saying she should read the listing again and also if she had any questions she should have asked them before she bid, i am sure she is not going to pay, what can i do, she is just wasting my time

I wouldn't bother contacting her.   Just issue an Unpaid Item cancellation after 4 complete days.   More info:

And put her ID on your blocked bidder list:

As already advised, you need to issue an Unpaid Item cancellation when that option appears.  Don't send any more payment reminders or invoices as doing so will effectively reset the 4 day count each time.

As advised by other Members open an Unpaid Cancellation after 4 days so the eBayer will get a defect on their Account, also 'Block' this eBayer.

If you wish to carry on selling this item, list it as 'Sell Similar', change the Title and add any extra information you have to the Description.

All the Best.
