buyer cancelled as soon as i bought postage label.

buyer bought item, i purchased QR code, then buyer wanted to cancel order, i cancelled order and his refund will go out of my ebay balance but the postage of £7.90 is pending in my bank ready to be taken out.is this right that i lose £7.90 when buyer cancelled order or do i get it back. thanks

hi. thanks, simple delivery was not used for this particular item . ebay stated  simple delivery can not be used for this item, so was just a print off or QR code,

Then you need to check the courier's refund process for unused labels.

hello,, it was pretty easy to cancel label on ebay (when you find out how to do it) you go to my ebay selling. then onto postage labels and cancel the label for that item,, will take upto 7 days to refund,
