I would say my suggestion was more help than advising the person to list their items on another auction platform. That isn't what they were asking.
The reason I answered the way that I did is that there aren't any other answers. You could share your listings on X, BlueSky, Instagram, or TikTok, but all it does is annoy people and cause them to mute or unfollow you. Nobody signed up for social media to scroll through one person's 85 separate posts of their eBay items in which they have no interest.
Sites that have any sort of relevance (model railway collector sites if you're selling model railway stuff, coin collecting sites if you're selling coins, etc.) would be the best place to post things.
