quotes free listing then Ad Rates are stupid asking for 15% n item for sale at £6 os plain stupid. MAX AD RATE SHOULD BE 10%.  so advertising free listing are misleading as nothing is put up high for buyers to see unless add rate promotion.  DISGUSTED WITH EBAY ON THIS POINT.

Its not misleading as you are not forced to promote your items and pay add fees. You also can not ask for paypal payments, all payments are made to Ebay by whichever method the buyer chooses.

Tbh I'm sure the ebay ads are a scam full stop. I do use promotions for certain items but i was doing pay per click (before they made the min click cost 20p) and the percentage. I have never once seen a time running both campaigns where they didnt charge me both promotions for the same item. They claim there is a 30 day cookie but end of the day, it's just their word.

You may as well say it’s not free to sell because You have to pay money to eat to stay alive to even sell in the first place, such is the odd nature of this argument
