Withdrawing Funds

For some reason today I don't seem to be able to withdraw my funds. My balance is there, but when I click on the white arrow in the blue box there doesn't seem to be an option to withdraw, no box or button, just a message saying I have funds to use on Ebay today. Am I missing something? I'm sure there's usually a Withdraw button! Thank you.

Managed to do it within the phone app, still no option on my desktop though.

The Withdraw button may just have ' fallen off the screen' as perhaps you have the wrong zoom feature selected.

If you are on a laptop /PC go top right and click on the 3 vertical dots.  From the tab opened beneath, change the zoom to 80%.

You will then find the Withdraw button should appear at the bottom of the screen.

You're right! I have it set to 110% as I find it easier to see! I shrunk it a bit and it appeared. Do feel daft! 😂
Might be useful for someone else with terrible eyesight!

Easily done,  and you're not the only one asking about that ' disappearing withdraw button', so no need to feel daft,  as said,  easy to forget the screen size has been changed ! 🤗

Don't beat yourself up about it!  It is actually ebays fault. I had no problem getting to the 'withdraw' button ... until about 2 months ago when the scroll down option on the pop-up box was disabled. I normally run at 100% zoom and didnt have a problem but can now only get the withdraw button if i change it to 80% [ and i then change it back to 100% so that i can actually see things!!]

Thank you thank you - a million times, no a trillion times thank you !!!!  This was just what I was looking for.  I had spent in total over two hours trying to find something that indicated withdraw, trying internet. I was thinking of buying an plane ticket and skipping to USA to get some help!  I should have come to the eBay Community first.  Such a simple fix.  Who'd have thought it was down to the zoom being set too large.  Probably a programmers fault for not ensuring this didn't happen.  Cheers. Am trying to withdraw funds,app not letting me do it,just sending me round in circles..have deleted the app,re-loaded it but still the same..this has been going on for a few days now..anyone else getting the same problem?

Their whole system is a shambles.

It isn't working.

3rd app update today in just over a week and they still aren't fixing the issue.

Question for the moderators/helpers on here...Are you actually aware of this issue?

Is there anybody at ebay capable of fixing such a simple problem OR are you all suddenly burying your heads in the sand?

Anyone know who do I contact to flag this problem?

If it was just me i'd think fine but many users appear to be having the same problem.

Same here. Problem since September 2025. I spoke to ebay maybe 20 times. They dont help you. They will ask you to try from different device, or browser. They will blame your device, they will tell you, you ve got virus. They dont send automaticaly payments too anymore. 
Do not listen to ebay, they blocked you payments. There is not other way. They do know, what they do. They making money of our money, and they keep this money to make you buy more things or ebay. Please Google. We are not the first!  There is also journalists, who talk about same problem with ebay. 

I complained to Obudsman. Try too, if you problem is not solved yet.

Its not working. Ebay blocked payments. Its a fraud. Ebay makes money of our money. Ebay dont send authomatic payments anymore either.

It's not fraud, it would be on the 9 o'clock news if eBay was committing fraud !

We have no access to your account so cannot see if you are under any holds which are placed on new and returning sellers accounts for security reasons.  If there is sudden selling activity on a dormant account it may be a sign the account is hijacked so eBay wish to see evidence that the real owner has appeared, it's a very good security measure,  we certainly answer far fewer questions now on hijacked accounts.

eBay no longer send you payouts automatically, it's set to your eBay Balance for you to manually withdraw if there are no current holds.

eBay made this announcement last year...

From 6 August, we’re also making it easier and faster for our more experienced sellers to receive their funds. This means you can get your funds within 24 hours of the buyer paying. To qualify for faster payment, all you’ll need to do is:

• Complete at least 10 sales with a total of £150 or more within the last 5 years 
• Maintain 2 or fewer cases in the last 12 months

Tried making a purchase on the ebay app again earlier using "my" funds - clicked on the blue payment button and nothing happens - had to go onto the web version to complete the purchase.
