Withdrawing Funds

For some reason today I don't seem to be able to withdraw my funds. My balance is there, but when I click on the white arrow in the blue box there doesn't seem to be an option to withdraw, no box or button, just a message saying I have funds to use on Ebay today. Am I missing something? I'm sure there's usually a Withdraw button! Thank you.

Call Obudsman as soon as possible, and mentioned me as Well. They knows already. Now i ma trying to report to BBC, and if  you are happy i can add you as Well.

Please try using either a laptop or a desktop NOT the ebay app on your phone. The internet version DOES WORK - i sucessfully withdrew funds a few hours ago. If you still can't withdraw that way then you may have an issue. Hope that helps

Let me tell you. I dont use ebay app.

i ve iphonex2 at home, mini iPad, and iMac. I cant withdraw my money from any if them. 
i ve tried different browsers. Impossible . 

Ebay blocked my payment section. Its clear. I am not the first. Read on googles, and TikTok, what people says.

I'm trying to help here! All the product you list as using are apple....can you try a non apple product and use chrome or IE browsers? I'm using chrome and got a withdrawal today. If you can try chrome and you dont then you have an issue specific to your account i think.

Yes, I’m having the exact same issue! First it was bank account verification of 11 days then it’s 5 days for them to do further checks.

Neither the mobile app or the desktop platform won’t allow me to withdraw my money, after 11 days of waiting the ‘Withdraw’ button was finally highlighted blue, i clicked on it and then they said please wait a further 5 days for more checks!

something clearly isn’t right here, the only explanation is they are deliberately holding our money for their own benefits. 
something MUST be done!

Thanks for your comment, but my Payment Section was working for first two months, once i started my sales. Last year, June 2025. And then not anymore. I have 5 devices at home. And is not possible to withdraw from them either. Recently i went to vodafone shop, and i used Chrome in in Pixel 9 android. I login in to ebay. And No way, i cant withdraw my own money. I remeber, i once complained to ebay about one scam, was the buyer, who actually tricked me for £40. Since then,  i am not able to get my own money. Ebay can block anything on your account. Week ago, i asked ebay to close my account, and send me money to my bank. No answer. I cant remove my bank details, nothing. Crazy place to be.

so sad. Thats the way rich companies makes money, i guess. We supposed to be happy here, and enjoy our sales. But, No way…,

i spoke to Action Fraud about ebay. They told me to write to ebay office, and record post in post office. 
I wrote to BBC, but No answer yet.

Thing is, I have no idea how we can all make enough noise so that EBay provides us with a solid honest explanation and to make changes to their seller services, it kind of sounds and seems like it’s a scam, but with EBay being as big as they are, surely they wouldn’t intentionally scam us??

Imagine trying to explain all this to a solicitor, they’d probably laugh!! 

I can’t help but think EBay are following legal procedures but I also smell a rat…wise person once said to me, ‘if you can smell a rat then it’s usually because there IS one’! 

I’ve been trying everything I can even just to get a rough date of when I can have my money, I’m convinced they make the ‘help’ thing as complicated and useless as possible just so they can give us the run around hoping we get bored and wait

You see, we dont have idea how to make  enough noise, and ebay knows that too. 

Please see other social media, like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook. People have same problem, in UK, in USA, etc. 
One  day, ebay tried to take £80 from me, at 2 am. UK time. I saw notification on my phone, i wasnt sleeping. I didnt own any money to ebay. I called them, at 2 am. And they apologised for it. Big businesses are not innocent, they are rich for the reason. Trust me. 

Same  thing happened to people on amazon. As you can see…,  and, yes they would scam us with No mercy.

Oh yes definitely! Big companies don’t get big or get rich by being 100% honest! And I agree with the Amazon thing, I probably buy from Amazon every day and I’d say 8 out of 10 things are either not received or the description totally misleads you into thinking your getting something but your not! 

I just don’t understand why this has been a problem for SO long! I’ve been reading complaints dating back to 2024 but here we are today, still the same issue! I have a load of stuff I planned on selling on eBay but to be honest I don’t think I will now, eBay isn’t the only selling platform after all! What would be good is if all of us got together and somehow (I’ve zero clue on how we would do this!) force eBay to realise how much they’ve discouraged people using it to sell. I’m honestly at a loss here now, I feel at this stage whatever legal power we try to use WILL take weeks and into months! Meanwhile EBay are sitting pretty on all out monies!
